Ability to Accept Terms of Service

BestNovel User Accounts

MOBOREADER TECHNOLOGY USA CO.LTD does not permit copyright infringement or infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service and will remove content if properly notified that it infringes another party's intellectual property rights. Our Rights in the Services

Copyright Violations

In order to act on behalf of our users, we need your legal permission to do that, so you authorize us to act as your agent to issue takedown notices under the DMCA and similar legislation for infringing or allegedly infringing materials.

Virtual Currency and Purchases

There you may be able to use online currency to access virtual goods such as story episodes. You may also be awarded virtual Coins or other currency for virtual shopping. These currencies have no real-world value, but may be exchanged for designated items. Certain items may expire while others do not.

Regardless of the consideration offered or paid in exchange for virtual currency, you do not have ownership rights in the items obtained with virtual currency. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. You acknowledge that virtual currency on these platforms is not real currency, is not a real-world financial instrument, and is not redeemable for money from MOBOREADER TECHNOLOGY USA CO.LTD.

In some instances, MOBOREADER TECHNOLOGY USA CO.LTD does not own the content it licenses to readers. In that case, content you paid to view may be removed from the platform by content owners before you can view it. If this happens within 7 days of your purchase, contact support@moboreader.net with the subject "CONTENT REMOVED BEFORE VIEWED" and we will work with you to exchange your unlocked, unread episodes for BestNovel Coins.

Deleting Your Account

You have the right to opt out of the Services at any time by sending written notification with the subject line "Opt Out Notice" to MOBOREADER TECHNOLOGY USA CO.LTD via email at support@moboreader.net.

We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the Services at any time and for any reason we deem appropriate. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account, through in-app messages, or the next time you attempt to access your account.

Recharge Rules

Users understand and agree that the virtual currency of the recharge product is not subject to an unconditional return policy, and users may not ask for a refund on the grounds that there are still remaining Coins or Free Coins in the account after consumption.

When users recharge in this app, they must carefully confirm their account information. If users' rights and interests are harmed due to improper operations such as choosing the wrong account number or recharge type, they may not require compensation from the app.
